On 23 December 1982, Samir Jarallah, Founding Partner of AZT, established Tureva Treuhand AG in Zurich after a decade of experience with PwC (USA and Switzerland). His vision was to create a firm of highly skilled professionals dedicated to providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and high-net-worth individuals. Following over two decades of success in Switzerland, he expanded this proven business model to Dubai, launching Al Zarooni Tureva in 2005. Both Al Zarooni Tureva and Tureva Treuhand AG are staffed by a team of expert auditors, accountants, and consultants, each meticulously selected and trained to uphold the highest professional standards. B.A. Degree (Accounting) from Birzeit University, Palestine. Member of the U.A.E. Accountants & Auditors Association. Has over 25 years comprehensive experience in auditing, company formation and corporate restructuring. With a deep-rooted understanding of these core disciplines, he has developed a broad-based expertise across diverse industries and investment sectors. This extensive background positions him as a trusted advisor, capable of providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
